Hello everyone! Today I decided to write about the importance of going to psychological therapy.
Psychology is understood as the social science that helps us to understand different human behaviors, as well as their interaction with the outside world.
To understand the role of psychology, we must understand that each person is a whole world of thoughts, problems, worries and experiences and each one faces reality according to their capabilities and possibilities, so the main task of a psychologist is to guide and help people to handle difficult situations.
Psychologists help many people by listening to different types of problems. Some people consult a psychologist because they feel depressed or anxious, sometimes they want guidance in achieving a specific goal (for example, getting a new job or taking a difficult exam) or coping with stressful situations (a very current example is how to continue handling the confinement after a year of quarantine).
Whatever the problem is, it is very important to understand as a society that going to psychological therapy is very good for us and for the people around us. Feeling good about ourselves and having a good mental health will help us to improve our quality of life and our relationships with other people and it will be easier to project our life in the future. So if you feel bad, don't be afraid to look for help and go to therapy💜
